Jonathan is the founder of Trè Bèl Holdings, a real estate firm focused on workforce and affordable housing across the Southeast. A former NFL linebacker, Jonathan transitioned into real estate after investing in over 700 multifamily units during his football career. He now leads developments through public-private partnerships, including affordable and mixed-income housing projects in Miami-Dade and West Palm Beach. His work reflects a deep commitment to sustainable housing and community impact.

Cassius is a Miami-based filmmaker whose work spans HBO, Hulu, and Starz. With a focus on stories rooted in culture and community, he brings a creative lens to social impact. At Sheltered Futures, Cassius helps amplify narratives that reflect the realities and resilience of underserved communities in Miami and beyond.

She’s worked with high-profile executives, nonprofits, and emerging brands, turning big vision into clear structure and measurable impact.

Donahue is a real estate developer focused on equitable housing solutions. A Columbia graduate and 2023 Affordable Housing Trailblazer Award recipient, his portfolio includes landmark projects like 108 Leonard in NYC. At Sheltered Futures, he brings industry expertise and a bold vision for expanding housing access in underserved communities.

Picasso Nelson Jr.
Picasso is a former professional athlete turned real estate strategist, with over $50M in value created through multifamily acquisitions and asset management. A finance graduate with two master’s degrees, he brings both discipline and long-term vision to his work. At Sheltered Futures, he applies his expertise to help expand access to stable, supportive housing for underserved communities.
